Passport

The process has two main stages: biometric data capture by appointment, and passport collection on the scheduled date and time.
Yes, postal delivery is available, with delivery fees due upon receipt of the package.

Consular Card

It identifies and registers Congolese nationals residing in Japan, and is required for most consular services and for obtaining a new passport.
